*wahaha* I am currently in Jo's house.. using her laptop while she's bathing. ;) came over to make David's farewell present before going out for dinner at TGIF. *slurps* I'm hungry now. :) we dogetfreedinner tonite.. do we, David? ^-^ last meal with David before he leaves for Ausie. Eh! Vid realize that everytime we go out for lunch we always eat sushi! HAHAHA! :) hope you like your present tho. ^-^ and do bring it to Australia.

... skipped youth this week. haha. lazy me.nahlar..thought couldn't make it back in time and had to make David's present. SEE.. David Lim you better appreciate this.. ^-^

Procrastinating things

Just got scolded for not blogging about my friends departure - I'm SORRY. Somehow had too much thing this week; needless to say that the week zoom past really really quickly.

So yeah this week was first week back to school after the long CNY holidays. :) so much fun; as I'd quote Ming, "Enjoying myself like there's no tomorrow" yeap it was fun. Anyways, I didn't realize that Monday was Valentine's Day until I walked into college and I was wondering why is there people standing at the college entrance selling roses, then I realized that it was valentine's day. (sorry I don't celebrate valentines so yeaps!)

Anyways, wasn't that worried about valentine's cos' it happens every year. Was feeling a little empty inside due to the fact that some of my close friends were leaving this week; probly was even dreading the week because it was first week of classes after a week of much fun fun and fun and having friends which are leaving for their further education to Australia.

Well then again, things didn't really hit be then because Eunice and I were so berangan-angan to watch the "The Notebook" by Nicholas Sparks, and we were rushing back to my house to watch it. Yea well, a typically love story, touching? a bit lar. :) watch it yourself. Was watching the show until 5.20 and I realized that Jo'd be here any minute. Told Eunice to watch the ending while I ran upstairs to bathe. When I ran upstairs I realized that I haven't done ANYTHING at all for my friends which were leaving that night. *SHOOT* I freaked out!! Luckily Eunice was here to help me! :p after everything was done, (I love Eunice Chu!) she left, and Chien called me telling me that she'd pick me up cos' Jo couldn't pick me up and everyone's meeting at her place... felt damn *pai seh* but she said nevermind; haihs! she's so nice! :P All of us turned up at Chien's place, quite on time, except for Marcus. After that we left Chien's place for KLIA.

When we reached there everyone was alright, socializing and all nothing much happened. McD's was packed with people. I met Michelle there - for the first time! hehee! face to face! She's also leaving on the same flight. Went to pass Jo Ann her goodluck message I made for her. Well, after a while, Kenneth, Amanda, Jan and Brian arrived. Amanda made a goodluck banner for Jo Ann. So sweet of her! :) Well, Jo Ann left early cos' her dad wanted to go in early. Could see that she was about to cry but she didn't. All of us tried not to put it in that 'goodbye forever' kinda thing, because we know that she'd be coming back really soon. Probly end of this year? :) - after that they left.

The second batch of people that were going in were Abby and Michelle. And then, it started. It just started; it was quite a scene, no I didn't mean gorry or scary. I mean the scene was emotional. Well we can't help it can't we? We're girls; emotional beings, and the worst part is it's like a link thingy. When one starts it links to everyone. Yeah practically everyone was tearing. But all for it I'm sure the tearing was not done by girls alone too. It was quite a heartbreaking scene for one to see their love one leaving them, being so far away for a long time. I guess what really trigger me off was when I looked at him, and all he could do is teared, and whenever he wants to say something, words could not even come out, all that were coming out were just tears and I, just standing, looking at everyone cry - suddenly I felt quite cold, cos' I wasn't crying. hahaha. Maybe as Liss would put it, we were 'stonning' there. Both of us didn't cry. As a matter of fact, we actually realized it or rather the fact that they were leaving us sinked down when we were in the car on the way home. A little lagging don't you think so? and in the middle of all the sobbings, Jolene Lai being Jolene Lai who's sobbing/tearing, suddenly came out with her stupid jokes and said, "Why did the Malaysian cross the road?" and then we burst out laughing. The answer is "to get to other side of the road to see the accident!"

When we left KLIA, the sudden thought of everyone leaving, and what Meldee said suddenly started sinking down - Abby; being the super blur girl among the darlings, was the very first one to leave. Who would ever thought of that? It was unexpected..simply unexpected actually. *sigh* anyway, the thought of growing up and everyone's leaving, moving onto next stage of life - uni; and soon everyone will start working and everything.. made me realize that I'm growing old. ^-^

Anyways, Abby dearest, here's to wishing you best of luck in Australia. If you have the money to fly home make sure you do aights. And if I have the money to get my ars there for holidays I'd gladly do so too! Take care of urself and have loadsa loadsa fun! *hugs*

on wednesday, I had lunch with Liss and after that Sush came along. We went to Kota Kemuning to visit Kevin before he left for Sydney. gosh! see I told you, so many people are leaving. Anyways, we couldn't see him off at the airport so we decided to drop by his house. I got him chocolates to keep him company on the plane.

Can't believe that the week has zoom past so quickly. Seems like yesterday it was Monday nite and we were all at the airport sending our friends off to Australia...
Haven't got time to blog about Abby's departure and also Kevin's. Will take my time on that, probly will wait for David's one too. Then I can blog all together-gather. hehe. That'd be so weird. Nah. I'll blog it down one by one - should use Chung Lern style. Dedicate each post to each of them. ^-^

schedule for today

morning (9-10am.. hopefully): music class (!?! during cny?) yeah cos' I skipped class last week. *padan muka* but teacher said that she'll let us off early since it's CNY. yay!

afternoon (12-2pm): lunch at Ritz Carlton.. you may ask again? AM NOT. read this clearly; NOT complaining. the service there rawks. and food. haiyah sure damn nice lar! I think there's no more reunion dinner at Shang anymore. hehehe. it's Ritz now. =) again, I'm not complaining. *whee*

afternoon (2-6pm): visiting grand uncle on grandma's side. having dinner there.. I think.

night (6-10pm.. hopefully longer): visiting aunt's place at Glenmarie. heek! hopefully can play fireworks. would be damn beautiful. and can snap pictures. =)

aaahh! the clock has gone all wrong. sleeping hours have been changed to 2am in the morning. waking up hours would be at 10am in the morning. HOW am I gonna get up on Monday morning? I really love this year's Chinese New Year. Frankly speaking, it's one of the loveliest chinese new year.

Reunion dinner did not turned out to be that bad, last year one was a little ackward because we were sitting with my aunt's husband's sister which is also my church member. And so happen they have 5 in the family and so do we - it completes the sitting for 1 table. But this year turns out to be really great. I managed to talk with them alot. It was great actually. (see I managed to socialize David! ^-^) and then play around with my little cousins. It was cool.

Other than that.. I guess age is another factor. Oldest cousin is turning 19+4= 23 (sorry math not working well) this year. Chinese always see it as your age+1 (don't know why tho'). okaye.. as I've mentioned that age is another factor, my second cousin (from my grandpa's side - mom's cousin's son) which happened to be my oldest cousin's age, has just graduated from Melbourne Uni and he brought home to M'sia his japanese mix australian girlfriend. what an excellent combo. hahaha. she's really pretty tho. And she went visiting and all with my aunts and grandaunt. And then, my grandma brought up the subject to my cousin:

grandma: nicki-boy ah! (that's what she calls my oldest cousin). Ming ming (my second cousin with the jap/oz gf) brought a girl to let us see already.. what about you? when are you gonna bring one for me to see?

nic: aaah.. don't worry grandma. I'm finding. I'm finding for a pretty one then bring one back to let you see okay?

grandma: aiyah. why you take such a long time wun. kau-foo (my youngest and only uncle) getting married(chou lou poh) when he was 24(it's actually the chinese age).

nic, vin and I: *sweat* WHART? *gulp*

another silly thing was between my mom and dad on the first day of CNY before going over to my grandma's place for chai-choi.

dad: (was wearing a shorts and couldn't pull up or something) dear, I think I put on weight. I cannot wear this shorts anymore.

mom: (goes closer) AIYAH! this is my shorts lar. what are doing with it!!

*LOL*

went over to grandma's place and she started to tell my grandma about the incident. Granny laughed so loud. and then she started:

grandma: (laughing) eh same incident like your father.(meaning my grandfather) he wore my green elastic pants and walked around sommore. he walked outside and he didn't notice till I told him.
